I was born in Mexico, raised in Texas and have lived in Brooklyn for the the last 10+ Years. My love of music was nurtured in family and community gatherings, where the night always ended with dancing and laughter. I began DJing at 16, inspired by the DJs on community radio and on hip-hop mixtapes, from the very beginning I’ve loved to mix together music from across genres and generations to bring people together on the dance floor.

Now in New York you can find usually me on a nice rooftop, playing disco, pop, hip-hop and house with the city as my backdrop, or in Brooklyn somewhere going back to my roots and playing Mexican cumbia with friends and others from the community, celebrating our culture in new ways. While every gig is different, I approach them all with the same level of attention to the audience and love of music. Hence: Amores
